Workshops are Official
After a couple months of testing and lots of feedback from our users, we're proud to announce that Workshop sessions are now officially live and they'll be available for every new event created in our platform, effective immediately. The Workshop session type will live in the Session Details > Session Type field:

Lobby Chat Download
The much requested feature for downloading the chat logs of the Lobby chat area is finally here! In the coming year of 2021, we will be launching improvements to the Admin Console portal so post-event data is better disposed. In the meanwhile, you can find the lobby chat download option by clicking on Event Website > Virtual Event Hub > Advanced Settings > Download Lobby Chat:

Hide Contact Info
Attendees now have additional options to prevent Exhibitors to gather information from them when accessing virtual booths. Also, it's now possible to hide yourself from being listed on the People page of an event. Both settings can be found by accessing your Virtual Event Hub attendee profile, then scrolling down the page:
