In our constant quest to provide our clients with the best possible platform and experience, we've temporarily removed our native closed caption feature. Due to reports that this feature has caused major issues affecting live streams and even corrupting post-session recordings. With careful consideration, we needed to act fast and disable this feature until we are confident it will not negatively affect any other aspect of the platform. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

Built-In Closed Captioning is now Live on the Accelevents Platform!
With just one click, closed captioning is easy to enable and our platform will handle the rest! By enabling this feature you can add value to your event and benefit hearing-impaired audiences by providing them with captions.
Ket Points About Built-in Closed Captioning:
- Available for Main Stage or Regular Sessions using the Accelevents Studio or RTMP as the stream provider
- The captions will be overlaid on the video itself
- When recording is enabled, captions will be captured as well
- In order to enable this feature, the session will need to be set in the future, you cannot enable this for a past or currently live session
- Pro Tip: Using a microphone and headset combined with speaking clearly, loudly, and slowly will ensure captions are captured accurately
