We're excited to announce the latest enhancements to the Accelevents platform, scheduled for release the week of 10/14/2024! This update focuses on refining ticket transfers, improving guest ticket management, and boosting platform performance. Let's delve into the details!
Mobile App Updates Galore
- Attendees can now edit their own profiles from the People tab
- Major UI and layout changes for Exhibitor and Sponsor placements
- The My Sessions area is now called My Schedule and includes your sessions and meetings in the same tab!
- App notifications for messages and push are now big red counters instead of the blue dot.
- Magic link emails now also include a 4 digit code for those who have trouble logging in with the magic link.

Ticket Transfer Limit
We've implemented a limit of 5 ticket transfers per ticket.
Improved Transfer Registration Flow for Web and Mobile
The ticket transfer functionality on mobile browsers has been optimized for a smoother experience on mobile devices.
Allow Guest Ticket Transfers Even When Editing is Disabled
Guest tickets can now be transferred even when the "Allow attendees to edit" toggle is turned off.
Hide Refund Option for Free Tickets
The refund option is now hidden for free ticket types and free orders.
"Record this Session" Enabled by Default
The "Record this Session" toggle will now be enabled by default for all session types.
