Accelevents Update for April 29 2024: Ticketing Networking Surveys Integrations

Welcome to the latest Accelevents update! This release brings an array of improvements across mobile and web platforms, enhancing functionality for both event organizers and attendees. From advanced ticket exchange options to enhanced attendee engagement features, these updates are designed to streamline your event management process and enrich the attendee experience.

Enhanced Partial Payment Distribution

Now, when registrants paying by invoice make a partial payment, the amount will be evenly distributed across all non-free tickets in the order. This provides a clearer financial picture and simplifies the payment process. Learn more in our Knowledge Base.

Flexible Ticket Exchanges

We have been working for quite a while on improvements to your ability to change the orders for your event. With this release we have reached a milestone where Admins can exchange any ticket for another, regardless of price difference, directly through the platform. Learn more in our Knowledge Base.

Time Zone Consistency in Mobile App

Event admins can now lock the time zone displayed in the Attendee Mobile App, ensuring that all participants see the same time regardless of their geographic location. This feature is particularly beneficial for coordinating in-person meetings before the event. Learn more in our Knowledge Base.

Lock Attendee Profiles on White Label Mobile Apps

To prevent accidental changes and maintain data integrity, event admins now have the option to lock completed attendee profiles. This ensures that important profile characteristics remain unchanged. For more information about this feature, contact your friendly neighborhood Accelevents rep!

Advanced Filtering on People Pages

Significant improvements have been made to the filter functionality on the People Pages of both the Attendee Mobile App and the Virtual Event Hub. Filters now apply to the information provided at registration, offering a broader data set for connecting attendees. Additionally, admins can select which registration data to include in the People Page filters.

Cadmium Integration

Seamlessly import fields from Cadmium to map to the Attendee Profile, enhancing the customization and relevance of attendee data.

Session Engagement Features for In-Person Sessions

  • Session Surveys: Attendees can now complete surveys for in-person sessions via a dedicated tab in the existing activities section.
  • Advanced Session Settings: Include settings such as Attendee Self Check-In, chat, polls, Attendee List visibility, Q&A, and private question sending, even for in-person sessions.

33 Bugs Crunched and Tweaks Tweaked
