At the end of a session, the post-session survey will now automatically appear in the Attendee Mobile App, without requiring the user to open an external browser window.
Enhancing our kiosk functionality, badges can now be printed directly from Accelevents Kiosks to PrintNode-connected printers, enabling you to use virtually any printer for badge printing, including color printers and PVC (plastic or biodegradable) card printers.
Location Display for Meetings in Mobile App
Meeting creation in the Mobile app now includes the Location field, placing that crucial information on prominent display.
The Event Design section in the Admin interface has been reorganized, making essential items easier to find and quicker to access.
Session Self-Check-In for Hybrid Events
The self-check-in feature now extends to in-person sessions at Hybrid events, enhancing attendee convenience and streamlining entry processes.
Admins now have the option to fully refund and cancel an order, or refund it while preserving access. Additionally, you can now cancel or delete orders, with different visibility options for each action in the Admin interface and CSV downloads.
Meeting Scheduling Within Event Time Frame
Meeting scheduling between participants is now confined to the event duration, from pre-event access to the event's end, with available time slots configured accordingly.
Admins can now perform bulk updates on multiple sessions, including changes to capacity, location, iFrame, session type, and session interactivity settings. Over the next few releases we will be adding more and more bulk-editing functionality to the platform.
Enhanced Poll Functionality
Poll initiators can view detailed results, including vote counts and percentage breakdowns, without needing to participate in the polls themselves.
This update boasts the resolution of 30 bugs, alongside improvements in system stability and performance, ensuring a consistently smooth user experience.
