We’ve extended our flexible confirmation system to attendee-approval flows. You can now assign unique external confirmation pages and custom emails to specific approval ticket types, ensuring that attendees receive tailored instructions and messaging the moment their request is submitted. Admins now have more granular control over ticketing with separate toggles for administrative and attendee-led exchanges. Pre-registration rerouting now supports SSO via YourMembership. Attendees are prompted to authenticate with their YourMembership credentials before registering, allowing the system to verify membership status and display only eligible ticket types or apply member-exclusive early-bird discounts automatically. Targeted Mobile Push Notifications for @Mentions
We’ve refined mobile chat notifications to be more actionable and less intrusive. Attendees will now receive push notifications for direct messages and specific @mentions in channels. Meeting locations between Exhibitor team members and attendees are now automatically locked to the exhibitor’s booth location. This eliminates manual entry errors and ensures attendees always know exactly where to find their confirmed appointments, while preserving your event’s Locations for meetings between non-exhibitor attendees. We’ve overhauled how meeting locations are handled across web and mobile. Attendees can now choose to select an available venue location, have the system auto-assign one based on their time slot, or enter a custom location.
