Accelevents 11/15/2023 Release Enhances Registration, Audience Analysis, Speakers and Exhibitor Management
Welcome to this week's update from Accelevents. Our enhancements are designed to streamline your experience, from seamless speaker access via Magic Links to smarter audience analytics tools. Here are the key improvements we're rolling out.
Dedicated Speaker and Exhibitor Portals
Speakers and Exhibitors now benefit from specialized information portals. Within these hubs, they can conveniently view their schedule, booth details, and any relevant information you've provided, simplifying the onboarding process and enhancing their event experience.
Limit Selections on Multiple Choice Registration Questions
You can now set limits on how many times each option can be chosen in multiple-choice questions on your registration forms. This feature is especially useful for managing limited resources, like meal preferences during lunch allocations.
Refine Audience Segmentation with Multi-select and “OR” Operators
Our Audience Analytics tool now includes a multi-select feature and an "OR" operator, allowing for more precise criteria when creating Audience Segments and doing cross-event reporting. These new capabilities enable more nuanced searches and targeted segmentation.
Registration Approval for Recurring Events
The registration approval feature is now available for recurring events. Approval will be necessary for each recurring event date., ensuring consistent vetting of attendees, speakers, or exhibitors for each occasion.
Interactive Push Notifications in Mobile App
Push notifications in the Accelevents Attendee Mobile App now support clickable links, enhancing engagement within the app. However, please note that links in notifications displayed on the lock screen won't be interactive.

We’ve ironed out 10 bugs and have implemented a series of small yet significant improvements. These range from user interface enhancements to performance enhancements, as part of our commitment to continually elevate your experience.
