Push notifications, chat bans, gamification rewards, and more!
Push Notifications can now be sent to attendees within the Virtual Event Hub.
From your admin console, you can create and send push notifications by ticket type. You can also schedule the notifications in advance or send them immediately. Manage push notifications for your event via Send Push Notifications in the Engage tab of the Admin Console. Learn more about push notifications here.
Prevent specific users from posting in the chat
We’ve added a tool to help organizers manage attendees who may violate an event’s community guidelines. Banning a user from the chat does not remove the attendee from the event, but it does disable the chat for that user. You can do this in the Attendees tab of the session chat. Give raffle tickets as a reward in Gamification! (Enterprise Only)
To help increase engagement, we’ve added the ability to credit raffle tickets to attendees when they complete a gamification challenge. With this tool, your attendees can win raffle tickets and submit them to any items you add to your raffle. Once an attendee completes a challenge, their account will be credited with the raffle tickets. The number of raffle tickets per challenge is customizable, and you can add as many or as few items to the raffle as you’d like! You can enable the raffle module in the Admin Console via Settings > Billing > Raffle.
Attendees can view their progress and rewards via the My Rewards button at the top of the leaderboard.
