Map a Custom Registration Field to Attendees' Profiles

Provide an additional layer of customization to profiles during your event by syncing custom order form questions to attendee profiles! Event Admins can decide which question they’d like attendees to answer during registration and their responses will be displayed on their attendee profile. Your attendees will thank you when they experience the ease of making connections based on these custom questions that helped them identify their fellow event goers.

Updated Lounge Deletion Experience for Event Admins and Attendees

Have you ever accidentally pressed the delete button unaware data will be deleted permanently because there was no confirmation pop-up? So have we, but don’t worry, as an Event Admin when attempting to delete a lounge, we’ll alert you how many members are in the lounge before permanently deleting it, to ensure that’s the right action to take. If attendees are in the lounge, they will be alerted the lounge is no longer available.

Multiple and Single Speaker View when Screensharing via TokBox in the Accelevents Studio

Know what to expect when screen sharing using the Accelevents Studio with TokBox. We offer two speaker views in TokBox, depending on the number of speakers in the Studio with their video feed enabled. Here’s what you can expect your attendees to see when streaming using TokBox:

• With at least 2 speakers in the Studio, your speakers with their camera feed enabled will be displayed horizontally below the screen share.
• If there is only 1 speaker in the Studio with their camera feed enabled, that speaker will be displayed on the upper right corner of the screen.

Easily Replace Direct Uploaded Videos for Sessions, Even After the Session has Ended.

Need to tweak a video and re-upload it? Not a problem! We’ve made it so that you can easily replace a video for a Session with Direct Upload as the stream provider after a session ends. The browse icon, which allows you to search for a video file will now be visible to quickly make this change!

Additional Updates

• Enterprise Customers utilizing our Continuing Education Gamification Challenge type now have the ability to download a PDF file of individual attendees, which will show the percentage of each session attendance associated with that challenge (Image)
• Event Admins are able to disable attendees from adding comments on Lobby Feed posts (Image)
• Event Admins are able to disable all session notifications for attendees within an event (Image)
• During registration, we will display a breakdown of Ticket Fees, Sales Tax, or VAT (if applicable) (Image)
• In the "VPN & Firewall Details" tab found by clicking Device Checker in the Virtual Event Hub, we’ve replaced the term “Whitelist” with “Approved Domain List" (Image)
• Event Admins have the ability to invite an attendee into the Studio, when viewing a session from the attendee's perspective - when that session is being streamed through the Accelevents Studio (Image)

• A “Leave Session” confirmation pop-up will appear for attendees viewing a session, when they click the “My Profile” option under “Hello my name is”, alerting them they will be leaving the session if they choose to continue (Image)

• From the Staff Page, we’ve added unique buttons depending on your permissions allowing Event Admins or Staff to easily navigate to different parts of the platform

• As an Event Admin, the "Event Setup" button will direct you to the Admin Console (Image)
• As Staff, the "Back to Event Page" will direct you to the Event Landing Page (Image)

• Waitlist Enhancements

• Event Admins can edit the “Join Waitlist” button text (Image)
• Users who submit a waitlist request will receive a confirmation email of the submission, this email  can be customized (Image)
