Accelevents Update for 2/16/26: Badges, Check-in, Exhibitor Tools, Registration

This release brings smoother on-site workflows, better self-service controls, and smarter ways to capture and use attendee data across your events. We’re excited to present these enhancements, so let’s dive in!

Provide Exhibitors Additional Attendee Data in the App

Exhibitor lead capture now (optionally) includes registration field data right in the mobile app. That means key details are visible immediately during the scan, reducing follow-up questions and helping teams have better, faster conversations on-site. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Design Bigger, Better Badges with a 15-Inch Custom Limit

Custom badge sizing just got more flexible: the maximum height and width have increased from 12 inches to 15 inches. You can now support larger layouts and more creative badge designs without running into size constraints. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Create Polished Exhibitor Guides with the New Resource Center

You can now build and manage category-specific exhibitor guides in an Exhibitor Resource Center using the Advanced Page Builder editor. Pages support merge tags for dynamic personalization and appear as a dedicated tab in the Exhibitor Portal when enabled, making it easier to deliver the right info to the right exhibitors. Reduce Print Confusion with PDF Defaults When PrintNode Is On

When PrintNode is enabled, file type now defaults to PDF—aligning with ZC10L printer requirements and helping avoid common printing issues during live event operations. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Preserve Print Server Settings When Exiting Kiosk Mode in the Admin App

No more repeated printer setup during busy onsite moments. The Admin mobile app now remembers PrintNode printer and command settings when exiting kiosk mode,only resetting when the user fully logs out. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Move Faster in Session Check-In by Returning to the Session List

Exiting kiosk mode during session check-in now takes staff back to the session list (not event selection). It’s a small change that makes high-volume check-in workflows feel noticeably smoother. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Give Speakers Controlled Self-Service to Update Their Sessions 

Event admins can now toggle speaker self-service for editing session Title and Description. When enabled, speakers can update sessions they’re assigned to, reducing admin workload while keeping full control in the hands of organizers. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Show Neighboring Companies on Floor Plan After Checkout

For ticket types mapped to our floor plan builder, you can now display the buyer’s Company name on the floor plan after checkout. This helps prospective exhibitors see who’s already booked nearby before choosing a booth,adding helpful context during selection. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Easy Access to Sponsored Sessions in the Exhibitor Resource Center

The Exhibitor Resource Center now includes a My Sessions tab that shows only sessions tied to a specific exhibitor. Exhibitor Admins can view a filtered agenda and edit supported session details (like descriptions, speakers, bios, and content). Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Carry Exhibitor Resource Center Pages into Duplicated Events and Templates

Custom Exhibitor Resource Center pages are now included in event duplication and templates, so pages and configurations come along automatically when you duplicate an event or create from a template. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Add Metadata for Stronger Enterprise Reporting

You can now configure two items of metadata in payment integrations and include them in the enterprise-level transaction report. This gives enterprise admins better tools to track and analyze revenue across events (reporting-only; not passed to payment processors). Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Manage Multiple Webhook Endpoints More Clearly in the UI 

Webhook configuration now supports multiple endpoints with a cleaner checkbox-based experience. All topics are visible at once, subscribed topics are pre-selected, and changes happen automatically when you check or uncheck, no extra delete actions needed. Topics display as read-only when integrations are disabled, for both Organizer and White Label setups. Learn more in our Knowledge Base

Improve Billing Clarity by Displaying Balance Due on Invoices 

Invoices can now show Balance Due, making it easier to see outstanding amounts at a glance and track unpaid or partially paid invoices with confidence.

Power Pre-Registration Routing with a Simple GET Lookup

You can now enable pre-registration routing without a native integration by issuing a configurable GET request using the buyer’s email. Response data can populate fields and trigger existing routing rules, making dynamic routing possible without a native CRM or AMS integration, with clear error handling for no-match or system issues.

Prefill Registration Fields for quick checkout when email from URLs and Engage Contacts 

Registration just got smoother: you can now auto-populate registration form fields using URL query strings and Engage contact data. With new URL-safe internal names for order and ticket holder fields, you can prefill visible or hidden fields to reduce manual entry, while safely ignoring invalid values to prevent errors. We made 20 performance and usability enhancements in this release, focused on keeping workflows fast, dependable, and easier to navigate, especially when you’re managing high-volume event operations.
