We’re bringing you a new look and field to the Attendee Registration process, with a new feature that will allow the person registering to send invitations to their guests to complete their details!
New Analytics Report: Registration Data! 📈
Analytics just got easier with our new Registration Data report which combines the information from the Ticket Buyer and Ticket Holder report, allowing event organizers to see all registration data in one place! Find this report under Analytics > Registration tab, Attendee > Order tab, or on the downloadable report tab in Analytics. Learn more here!

During your virtual events, your attendees won’t miss anything with push notifications for Upcoming Meetings, Meeting Requests, and when they are Mentioned on a chat thread!
Additional Updates
- Event Admins can enable/disable the Show online/registered attendee count on the ticket purchase screen under the new attendee registration UI. This is done under Registration > Order Confirmation. [Image]
- Registration order form custom questions are now live for all virtual event plans!
- Conditional Logic Questions are now available for recurring in-person events & Subquestions for subquestions are available for Scale, Professional, and Enterprise Virtual Event Plans.
- As an event admin, when disabling Gamification, challenges will also be hidden. [Video]
- The web page title will show “Sign In” when visiting accelevents.com/u/login. Previously the page title was “Login”. [Image]
- All areas of the platform that allow users to sign up will now display the character limit for first name(50), last name(50), and email address (75).
- For paid tickets, the ticket buyer price will only show 2 decimal points. In some cases, this would show additional decimals. [Image]
- Within the Admin Console, the “Enable Credit Card Processing” toggle has been removed from settings. When connected to stripe/square, this is automatically enabled.
- When adding Captioning to your session, the iFrame Height has a max limit of 1000px and will display an error message when entering a number higher. [Image]
- Event Admins will get an error message to “Please Select ticket type for this question” when no ticket types are selected for registration order form questions. [Image]
- Updated tooltips for the different columns visible under Analytics > Networking > Connections. [Video]
- Implemented a 1000-character limit for Lounge Descriptions. [Image]
- Tooltips are available within the Virtual Event Hub when viewing exhibitor booth staff. [Video]
