Gamification features are now available for in-person events, adding an engaging, competitive layer to your event experiences. Your attendees can now get points for session check in, viewing an exhibitor in the mobile app, and being added as a lead by an exhibitor who scanned their QR code. For attendees, approved registrations for free tickets now automatically generate and send the respective tickets, eliminating the need for the attendee to complete their registration after being approved. For admins, the Registration Approval form now allows mapping of specific questions to Ticket Holder fields, streamlining the conversion of approved registrations into ticket holders.
When issuing Continuing Education Credits or even just managing room capacity, you need to know who checked in for a session AND who checked out. Now, attendees can check themselves out of a session through the Kiosk reducing your headcount requirements.
Organizers can now set limits on the number of selections for each option in a multiple-choice question during registration. This is particularly useful for items with limited availability, such as specific t-shirt sizes, allowing real-time updates on availability to guide attendee choices. Of course, you can use Add-Ons too!
In the Agenda Settings, a new "Restrict bookmarks to session capacity" toggle has been added. Both bookmarks and check-ins are counted towards the session's capacity limit. Once this limit is reached, the bookmarking option is disabled, accompanied by a notification that the session is full. This feature aims to streamline session occupancy management.
The session upload process now accommodates a 'Location' column in CSV files, saving you even more time when managing your agenda.
Post-networking sessions, the system now presents a list of attendees you've interacted with, offering a straightforward method to continue building the relationship.
Duplicating an event in the Accelevents platform now also duplicates all email drafts in the Engage section, ensuring a smoother transition for repeat events.
The Traffic Analysis feature in Analytics now includes new filters for 30, 60, and 90-day views, providing more comprehensive insights alongside the existing 7-day view.
