This release is heavy on control and confidence. Organizers get a visual seating floor plan, hotel room blocks booked during registration, version history for custom code, page and email designs, and badges, plus bulk order actions and self-service cancellations for ticket buyers. Attendees see a cleaner people list and facial recognition check-in with Wicket, exhibitors get faster, offline-ready lead scanning, and deeper HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zapier, and Microsoft Entra integrations keep your data moving without manual cleanup.
Set up your hotels, room types, and rates and availability by date, map ticket types to hotels, then attendees can book a room as part of registration. Room blocks are built for master-bill bookings (think sales kickoffs), so attendees won't pay by credit card when they book.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseThe Orders page now works like Attendee Management. Choose the columns you want (buyer and custom fields), sort by name, date, or quantity, then select rows and export them, download tickets, or resend order confirmations in bulk.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseThe new Seating page shows your venue floor plan with occupied seats and booths at a glance. Search, sort, and filter, then assign or reassign ticket holders and exhibitor add-ons directly on the map, with optional email notifications when a seat changes.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseAttendee search in the Kiosk and Admin apps now matches on company name too. Type a company and the matching attendees come right up.
Learn more in our Knowledge Base"Who's here" and "Who's coming" are now a single All People list. Every attendee is clickable whether or not they've joined yet (profiles note who hasn't), and a new admin toggle lets you show everyone or only the people who have joined.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseAttendees can opt in and enroll during registration or through an emailed link. Onsite, Wicket Edge devices recognize them, then Accelevents checks them in and prints their badge. Session scanning isn't included.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseThe Rating Matrix question type now works in the mobile attendee app, so attendees can answer satisfaction-scale grids from their phone.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseWhen you review approval requests, the access code an applicant used is right there before you approve: as a column in the requests table (on by default for new events), in the request side panel, and in the CSV export.
Learn more in our Knowledge BaseVirtual and hybrid sessions can now award CE credit two ways: watching live past your threshold, or watching on demand and passing the session survey. Each attendee earns the credit once, whichever path they finish first.

CC Contacts Stay in the Loop on Registration Changes
Anyone added as a CC on a buyer's order now gets the same notifications the buyer does: approval status changes (pending, waitlist, rejected), exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and waitlist releases.Learn more in our Knowledge Base
Session activity now splits into "Checked In" for physical presence (including admin app check-ins) and "Viewed" for any virtual action, like opening session details or watching video. A new Viewed column appears in Attendee Management and the Sessions Attendance table, and both states are in your CSV exports.

The Check In Attendees page now splits Name into First Name and Last Name, and every column is sortable. It opens sorted by last name, A to Z, so you can print badges in that order.
The Session Submissions Export button is now a dropdown with four choices: All Submissions, Selected Submissions, All Reviews, and Selected Reviews. Download reviewer ratings and feedback per submission (one row per reviewer) alongside your existing submission export.
